Important News Bulletin (for immediate release): A new tapir species has been discovered in the depths of a cute old lady’s carpet bag. Scientists are calling it Tapirus cutieus.

But those at the old folks home where the discovery was made are calling it the cute tapir (though we at Flying Dodo News Times find that name confusing since all tapirs are cute), spherical tapirs (it is the most spherical of the genus), tiniest tapir (which at only a few inches is true, considering the smallest other tapirs are 35 inches tall), and smoosh tapir (which it can fortunately survive because you just want to hug it to oblivion). This last name seems the most accurate and likely to stick. As more of these tiny tapirs are discovered, the more people are smooshing them to their faces for little kisses.

This sewing pattern includes a material list, 100%-sized pattern templates, and detailed and photographed steps. Finished size is about 5 inches.
Difficulty - Advanced Beginner, nothing too weird but maybe a bit fiddly.

Pattern for personal use only.
